I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Shoplifting / Retail Theft, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. Cardiff City Centre Neighbourhood Policing Team have recently arrested a prolific shoplifter Nathan DOWN, he also had conditions not to enter St David's 2. DOWN was arrested for theft and breach of conditions, he was charged and has been sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment.
